Fitness with a view – modern & fully equipped
Whether cardio or strength: in our light-flooded fitness room, you train with top-quality equipment personally selected by your host Patrick Mair – including Technogym, Matrix, Nautilus and Vision. Treadmill, bike, rowing machine, multigym, dumbbells, smith machine and functional area – everything you need for your perfect workout.

Yoga
Find relaxation and inner balance in our Early Yoga Sessions, held three times a week. Almost year-round, we can greet the day with yoga on our rooftop terrace. If the weather doesn’t permit, yoga takes place in a beautiful, light-filled room.

“Forest Medicine” Forest Bathing & Breathing
Short introductory hike, approximately 1.5 hours
Once a week, you can immerse yourself in the world of forest bathing “Forest Medicine” to bring your mind and body into harmony.

Personal Training: Relax and Strengthen
At Golserhof, we offer tailored personal training sessions. Whether you’re looking for breathing exercises, meditation, stress relief, or specific exercises for focus and mental resilience, our experts are there to support you. Choose between 1.5- to 2-hour sessions or focus on your fitness with muscle function and endurance tests, personalized goal setting, and training planning.
