We never wanted to become bigger. We're happy to leave that to others. What we've always wanted is to become better – and we still do today. In the kitchen, in our rooms, and in the way we welcome and care for our guests.
In 2021, we were unexpectedly honoured by GAULT & MILLAU as 'South Tyrol's Hotelier of the Year'. What can we say? It's actually quite simple: we love what we do – being your hosts."
