"For us, everything starts with the size of the house. With 30 rooms, we can manage the Golserhof in such a way that we still know our guests by name. This is very important to us. We never wanted to become big. We're happy to leave that to others. But we have always wanted to become better, and we still do today. In the kitchen, in the rooms, in our way of being hosts. In 2021, we were then unexpectedly awarded by GAULT & MILLAU as 'South Tyrol's Hotelier of the Year'. What can we say? Actually, it's quite simple - we love what we do: being your hosts."
