Reservation:
For booking a room, we kindly ask you to send a written confirmation via email or fax. A definitive reservation is made upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation and Travel Withdrawal: - For all cases!
From the 28th day before arrival, 70% of the agreed half-board price will be charged in any case (or 90% of the agreed price for bed and breakfast or 100% if only overnight stay was booked). This applies to late arrivals, early departures, postponements, or rebookings of the stay, and non-arrival, regardless of the reason. The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are completely or partially re-let.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

Representations:
All room photos are example photos, and the room floor plans are schematic. Structural changes are possible.
Check-In from 2:30 PM:
You are welcome to arrive in the morning and make yourself comfortable in our lounge, terrace, or pool area. Meanwhile, you can park your car with us and possibly join our breakfast buffet (€15 per person until 10:30 AM) or take a short excursion into the village. We will try to make your room ready as soon as possible.
Dress Code:
In keeping with the style of the Golserhof, sporty elegant attire is appreciated. We ask gentlemen to come to dinner in long trousers.
Check-Out until 10:30 AM: You are welcome to use our hotel facilities (pool and wellness area) even after checking out.
Late Arrival: If you arrive after 7:00 PM, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance by email or telephone to clarify details such as dinner, etc.
Half Board: If you do not participate in the dinner, please inform us in the morning, and we will credit you €30.
Bed and Breakfast:
Menu price for guests who have booked B&B: €30 per person (if the menu is chosen in the morning). À la carte prices apply if the menu is chosen in the evening.
Afternoon Snack:
From 2:00 to 4:30 PM, we offer homemade cake & cold cuts from our buffet. Guests who have booked B&B only – surcharge of €8 per person. We have deliberately decided against a "large, complete" buffet in the afternoon. Visiting our over 250 mountain huts and inns in the Merano region is part of the South Tyrolean culture. We also support these, so they can continue to enrich our beautiful hikes, care for the alpine meadows and healthy forests, and not have to close, as is unfortunately the case in many parts of the Alps...
Pets:
At the Golserhof, we welcome dogs by prior arrangement at a daily rate (depending on size) of: €14 (up to 12 kg), €18 (12-25 kg), and €25 (25-35 kg) for special cleaning (without food). Please understand that pets are generally not allowed in the dining and bathing areas. Dog sitting is also available upon request!
Smokers:
For you, we have set up a cozy smoker's lounge in the hotel lobby. Our hotel rooms, public areas, and the terrace during meal times are smoke-free zones.

You can make payments in cash or by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or Eurocard.
