Are there parking facilities at the hotel and are they free?
One underground parking space for 1 car (maximum height 2.30m) per room is free of charge, additional car parking on request and €10.00 per day.

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel and is it free?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel.

Are pets allowed in the hotel and are there any special conditions?
Your dog is of course welcome to spend its vacation with you. We charge a daily rate for special cleaning, etc. (without food) of €14.00 (up to 12 kg), €18.00 (12-25 kg), or €25.00 (25-35 kg) per dog per day. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room and terrace during meal times and in the bathing and wellness areas at Golserhof. Other pets are not allowed.

How can I reserve a room and which payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made in cash, credit card (VISA or Mastercard), or EC card.

Can I cancel or change my booking and are there cancellation fees?
From the 28th day before arrival, 70% of the agreed half-board price will be charged in any case (or 90% of the agreed price for bed and breakfast or 100% if only overnight stay was booked). This applies to late arrival, early departure, postponements or rebookings of the stay, and no-shows regardless of the reason. The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are fully or partially re-let.

What wellness facilities are available at the hotel (e.g., spa, sauna, pool)?
The hotel features an indoor pool with massage jets (31°C), a heated panorama pool (26-28°C) (weather permitting March-October), and a rooftop terrace with several hot whirlpools and individual niches (access from 14 years). Our “Realm of Senses” wellness area covers approx. 400m2 with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath & infrared cabin with brine (access from 14 years). In addition, there is a sauna outdoor area with a plunge pool & hot whirlpool, 2 relaxation rooms “Chillout” & “Deep Silence”.

Is there a restaurant or a bar in the hotel and what kind of cuisine is offered?
Yes, the hotel has its own bar and a restaurant. The Golserhof kitchen is considered a culinary meeting point: South Tyrol, Italy, and the whole world. The best grows practically on our doorstep. And from this, the Golserhof kitchen team conjures up the finest creations: inspired by our homeland, with a Mediterranean touch and newly interpreted.

Are there hiking trails or bike paths near the hotel?
The hotel is an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours. Various hiking and biking routes can be accessed directly from the hotel.

Can special diet or nutrition requirements be accommodated?
The hotel’s restaurant daily offers menus for meat and fish lovers, as well as for vegetarians. For vegans, we recommend booking with bed and breakfast. The menu can be compiled from our vegan à la carte menu. Allergy sufferers (celiac, lactose, histamine, etc.) can compile their menu from our daily menu or our à la carte menu. Our service and kitchen team are at your disposal for advice. For special dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking.

Does the hotel offer rental bikes or other equipment for outdoor activities?
The hotel offers an e-bike rental (for a small fee) and a mountain bike rental (free of charge). Additionally, it offers free rental of hiking equipment, such as hiking backpacks, aluminum water bottles, hiking poles, etc.

Is there a storage place for bikes?
Our guests benefit from our secured, covered bike storage area. Outlets are available for e-bikes.

Are there options for special sleeping habits and needs?
If needed, we can provide the following for free: hypoallergenic pillows and duvet for allergy sufferers, neck roll, neck support pillow, softer/harder mattress topper. Upon request, we can also bring one of six different organic herbal pillows (rental fee €5/pillow) to your room. The herbs in the fillings come from the Alpine region and are organically grown.
