Gourmet Inclusive Services

To truly pamper you, our inclusive services are available throughout your stay:

• Highlight - Breakfast and dinner on our panoramic terrace with pergola
• Vital breakfast buffet with homemade jams, various types of honey, dairy products from our South Tyrolean dairies, top-quality local meat specialties, fish, fresh and dried fruits, various mueslis and grains, as well as fresh bread from the local bakery and sweet pastries. Egg dishes are freshly prepared in the kitchen for you. Italian coffee specialties, about 30 exquisite tea varieties, Merano mineral water, and many high-quality juices complete the offer.
• Sunday breakfast until noon

Additionally (without extra charge) for all guests who have booked half board (guests who have booked breakfast only can optionally book the following, with an additional charge of €30.00 per person and day, by choosing their menu in the morning, on-site):

• Afternoon snack with cold cuts, salads, homemade cakes, fruit, and yogurt
• 5-7 course gourmet menu with choices (daily changing themes: South Tyrolean, Italian, Mediterranean cuisine... as well as a weekly gala dinner)
• Daily fresh and varied vegetarian gourmet menu prepared by our kitchen team
• Vital cuisine: Healthy and light dishes following our Vitalpina concept
• Allergies: If needed, you can complement the gourmet menu with dishes from our special menu for allergy sufferers (celiac disease and lactose intolerance - please inform us before arrival)
• Dessert & cheese buffet (every Friday) - Sensational - over 30 types of cheese!
• For children, you can choose dishes from the "à la carte" children's menu
